Warranty, Service, and Repairs
Should it be required, Control Access of the Midwest can make prompt repairs to your gate automation system.
To avoid misunderstanding regarding warranty, maintenance and return service calls please review the following:
Warranty: Each manufacturer of gate operators has a specific warranty policy regarding equipment. We are happy to familiarize you with your specific warranty for all items provided for your system, upon your request.
NO Manufacturer provides warranty for Technician's service or labor.
The installation may be warranted separately from the equipment. Manufacturer's warranties are limited and the manufacturer determines warranty of parts. You may have to pay for the replacement parts and labor, if it is determined that the failure was not under warranty or do to misuse, abuse, acts of God, or neglected by user.
Freight for warranty parts is paid for by the consumer.
Maintenance: A gate operator is a large moving object that needs regular maintenance. The user is responsible to maintain the system unless the Superior Service Agreement Plan is implemented. We would be glad to familiarize you with the products and proper maintenance after the installation is complete. Many unnecessary service charges can be avoided if the user maintains the system properly.
Service: Please call us to schedule your service appointment.
